Process

Analysis

I initiate the collaboration process by accurate understanding the needs and expectations of my client. The first stage is analysis during which I listen attentively, ask questions and carefully assess the space I am tasked to create or transform. I conduct interviews, provide inspiration to the client and establish priorities. My key goal is to create a personalized concept along with an action plan to realize the client’s individual preferences.

Design

After thorough analysis and presenting proposed finishing materials I move on to the design stage. Based on gathered information regarding needs, lifestyle, preferences, and habits of the client I create visualizations and plans. I present layout proposals for the selected functional arrangement. Dialogue between me and the client plays a crucial role in this process. It allows for refining important project details and adapting it to personalized needs.

Implementation

The final stage is the realization of the design assumptions. I discuss the construction process with contractors and ensure that the original design is implemented according to the agreements. Throughout the implementation, I maintain constant communication with the client, contractors, and suppliers. I establish a schedule for finishing works and address any problems that may arise, especially in the case of property modernizations. The ultimate result is the creation of a beautifully tailored, harmonious and functional living space.

About me

The founder of M DESIGN interior design and arrangement studio is Magdalena Nowak, a graduate of Poznań University of Technology. The office located in Włocławek has been operating since 2010, undertaking a variety of projects. It ranges from small spaces such as bathrooms or kitchens to entire properties – houses, restaurants, medical clinics or large office buildings. Through active participation in training sessions and international trade fairs I can leverage the latest global technologies and leading aesthetic trends. When creating concepts for private and public interiors I strive to give each space a highly individual character while adhering to ergonomic principles and incorporating current trends and innovative technical solutions. Beauty is subjective so my intention is to create spaces that not only look impressive but also cater to the tastes and lifestyles of their users.
